Leg heel feet pain both the legs

I had fallen from my building steps a year ago and got sprain, i immediately took some pain killers and put pain balm for some months but still the pain persists, in the xray nothing is showing very seriously but the pain still persists and sometimes i dip both my legs in the bearable hot water now am seeing both the legs heel feet is paining very much kindly let me know what can i do will i continue with the pain balm ointment

If ur xray is normal Then First take vit d and calcium supplements for 2mons In case if it's not getting better then you can consult me on mine clinic
