Hi my question is i have sebaceous lumps on my back of neck is there any danger if i left untreated??

Ideally sebaceous cyst will cause no major problems, but it also depends on the size and other symptoms like any pain or redness in the cyst. So please consult a near by Physician for better understanding and management.
