We have been trying for the last 3 yrs naturally and 2 iui done with no success, then i underwent laproscopy for endometriotic cyst and left hydrosalpinx left tube clipping done during surgery. What are my chances now for getting pregnant via iui or naturally? Can you please help to let me know if i can get pregnant after surgery? How soon i can conceive as I am already turning 34 yr soon. Will IUI help after surgery? Thank you very much for your consideration. Any response will be helpful 🙏

Try 3 cycles of IUi If no conception then go for IVF

If right tube is well than try 3 to 5 cycle iui if no results than I'll suggest go for IVF without Westing time
