Ecg is normal. You can take tab pantaprazole 20mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Tab paracetamol 500mg one every 8 hours for 3 days. Avoid oily, spicy food,  excess tea, coffee Take more of fresh green vegetables and fruits,  small frequent meals, drink more water
