Good day, I am a 32 year old female and been suffering with pains in my left arm, neck and chest for the last few days. For a few months my face drooped and swelled badly but just on the left side. That has stopped now, but my arm keeps going numb and sore regularly. My heart sometimes beats so fast and funny that it hits my breath away. I can use
