Hello,I have continues pain behind left eye and head. The pain is little odd because I can feel some different pain in middle of somewhere in between Behind eye, ear and upper left mouth. Getting sleep is struggling. Also it's happening since 3-4 weeks on and off basis. Any advise?

Yes need to take medication and for that will need prescription and consultation. Start regular exercises and meditation. Avoid stress and mobile devices especially at night before bedtime. Sos painkillers.
