Please reply to my questions as I am facing this problem from last 23 months... Having chest pain and left hand pain... Done multiple blood ... Chest XRay... Multiple ECG and 1 times 2D ECHO(2022) 1 time TMT(2022) and  also CT coronaryangiography(2023 july)... All reports are normal I consult 2 cardiology 2 gp and 1 orthopedic  but every say it's normal please guide last CT report attached

Looking at your reports I can say that it's unlikely to be cardiac chest pain..try physiotherapy, meditation..
