Left side chest pain in certain position

I have been having left side chest pain with left arm pain in certain positions since last year or so . Its mostly momentery and goes away within few seconds as i change position. I have had ECG and TMT done in Jan , which gave normal result. but still its worrying me since its been so long. Can someone tell me what this could be
