Hi sir.. As u told.. U hv pain in upper left chest with  in neck.. Most common cause is related to spondylosis radiculopathy.. It's good that u ruled out cardiac cause by ecg, which everyone should get done for any chest pain.. Yet not only single ecg or test rules out cardiac problem.. So we l hv to undergo further work up as ur diabetic n hypertensive.. As per ur history and location of pain it doesn't seems to be related to hyperacidity.. Also we needs workup to know whether it's related to tb.. As u hv lymphadenitis history.
