Left side chest pain and left hand pain

Dear doctor past few days am suffering from left side chest pain and left hand shoulder pain this pain feels in chest back below chest like the pain moves . Previously I have consulted cardio for same reason both the time doctor prescribed Tablet RAZO 20 for two week before food morning only.1st time I have tested ECG the result was normal. Kindly advise for further treatment sir
