I have been facing this problem frim yesterday some mild discomfort and felling heat at heart side ribs area from below arm pit.and everything is good eating well slept well.only some times it making jum jum sounds.is it any heart stroke symptoms and i am getting tense.due to gastrric it is making me like not understanding.what to do doctor
