I'm having left side body pain and it's also including the left leg. I'm having upper back pain and rib cage pain. What can be the reason?

Maybe the you have slept, or may be early signs of viral fever, take some paracetamol ... Plenty of fluids,sleep well.. i dont think of anything else in your age group..
