Hii dr i feel left shoulder stiffness and discomfort sometime it's better but sometime again feel stiffness kindly suggest below test are done. Ecg twice-normal Echo-normal Blood sugar-normal Chest xray-normal Thyroid-normal Urine-normal Cbc-normal Lft-normal Kft-normal

If it is non-exertional, it is probably not related to the heart. Could be musculoskeletal pain.
