I am not able to stretch my left shoulder full even can't turn to back. Flexibility is very low .please suggest what to do now. Having sugar from last 7 years but under control

You are most probably suffering from a frozen shoulder . We will need to rule out a rotator cuff tear which may be associated with the same. Get an ultrasound scan done for the affected shoulder and then decide on further treatment .
