Left pelvic pain.

Recently i had ureteroscopy and dj stent for my right ureter.. now im getting left pelvic pain.. a ct scan was done a month ago .. nothing is there in the left side. But I'm getting severe pain in the left side of abdomen and pelvic.. can any one help me with this

It may be colitis .. enteritis .. one month old CT is not helpful to diagnose the recent condition..
