My father recently recovered from fever and has been through several tests which revealed type 2 diabetes and low levels of b12 and d3 vitamin. He has immense pain in left palm and itchiness where there are red spots. Photo is attached. He is 65 years old. Ecg was done which is normal. He has no neck pain and no pain anywhere else except left palm . No fever or any other weakness, appetite is normal.
