MRI Scan report below:- · There is loss of normal cervical lordosis. · Cervical vertebrae are normal in height, signal intensity and alignment. · Paradiscal marginal osteophytes are seen arising from multiple vertebral bodies. · Posterior longitudinal ligament calcification is noted at C2 vertebral level, encroaching upon spinal canal, indenting spinal cord without changes of compressive myelopathy. · Cervical intervertebral discs show changes of desiccation to variable extent. · C3-C4, C4-C5, C5-C6, C6-C7 intervertebral discs show posterior bulging without any significant spinal canal or foraminal narrowing. · Spinal cord shows normal signal intensity without any focal lesion. · Anterior and posterior longitudinal ligaments, ligamentum flavum and facetal joints appear normal. · Craniovertebral junction appears normal. · Visualized pre and paravertebral soft tissue appear normal.
