Hi Doctor, my left knee slightly pains when I bend it . It does not pain while at normal / straight posture . And I feel the knee movement is tight as compared to the right knee which moves quite freely . I do not feel any pain when I press around the knee around .

Hello. Did you hurt your left knee ever? Is there any swelling on back of left knee when you bend it? You may have some articular or ligamentous problem in your left knee, but it is really difficult to say what it is without proper examination.
