When i lift up my left hand there will be a lot in pain..this pain is now also continuing....in night time and all the pain is huge....sometimes there is paining in other hand as well as in backbone i think....sometimes..we have consult a doctor....also..after that we prefer to buy orthoherb.....now also paining is there....what should i do..
