Hi Sir In My left hand i have slight pain on my shoulder since 2weeks Back pain in upper left side No breathing difficulty No chest pain however I feel slight discomfort No jaw pain or neck pain ECG ,2D ECHO normal Total cholesterol 155 Can you please suggest if something is wrong with my heart or muscle pain Thank you
