My left hand is paining from past one month and upper back ,near to heart ,hand fingers , left leg also paining ..which specialist do I need to consult .i have no idea..please suggest.. Attached ECG report also..

ECG looks normal. Please consult as normal ECG doesn't rule out heart problem.
