Left hand pain and chest pain

2 years ago I didi conventional angiography which came normal .Still suffering from chest pain sometimes but from last few days mh left hand started paining. I am taking medicine on  hypertension and type 2 diabetes . Plz interprete ecg report. IS it normal?

ECG shows non specific ST T changes. Need to know your previous ECG for comparison.
