My age is 26 unmarried. i have irregular periods since 6months..few wks before dignosed with left haemorrhagic ovarian cyst of size 46*47mm..now what to do? is that pcod or just a cyst.. will it affect fertility

Haemorrhagic cysts are usually due to endometriosis..do a follow up scan for size of cyst and also CA125 levels..yes it does effect fertility if its bcos of endometriosis
