Hi. Happy to help. One of the reasons for this is excessive eye strain or screen time. Lack of sleep and inadequate water intake also plays a rule. It is important to sleep at least 8-9 hours minimum, decrease screen brightness/ or use night mode while using phone at night and avoid using devices one hour before bed time. Also avoid it as soon as you wake up. Drink 3-4 L of water everyday. Lubricant eye drops only provide temporary relief in the absence of lifestyle modifications.
