Since morning when i woke up, my left eye is swollen. i don't know why. i slept at 3:30am when i woke up 8 i saw my eyes in this condition

Is there associated redness and decrease in vision..  If not use gatifloxacin eye drops 6 times per day for a week with hot fomentation..  If redness is there with decrease in vision.  Consult doctor physically
