Lady of 63 aged now, having cataract operated in both eyes some 3-4 years back, now having problem as follows: Left Eye sight -not good at all, as found during Digital Eyes test done yesterday.

get the Oct done if the macula is affected then the mode of treatment  andprognosis can be explained most likely she may be suffering from  armd or nerve fibre defect
Next Steps
either get full check up  done or try inj methyl cobalamine 1500 iu on alt day ×10 inj
