Left Eye going inward

My son is 2.6 years old, his eye moves towards inward when he see from distance that too is intermittent. What should we do? IS it normal

   Your son is quite young.  He needs refractive error correction after the age of 5th. year.
Next Steps
keep the nutrition status of the son good.    Carrot, chukander, anar , fruits may improve the eye condition .
