I have been previously visiting ENT doctor. My left ear contains some hard material that seems to be deposited just inside the ear hole. It is hard and seems to be stuck to the inner wall. It pains when I try to remove it. Most of the time my hearing is blocked. I got my ears cleaned before but after last time this happened.

You could be having hard impacted wax in your ear. Trying to remove it yourself may actually push it further inside. Please visit me directly in clinic for examination and removal. A course of wax softener may be given prior to removal if the wax is very hard.
