I had problem in left ear like tik tik sound coming and it feeling like air filled in my ear. some times sound coming continuously and suddenly stoped.

The symptoms could be due to a number of reasons. There maybe early nerve damage or the symptoms maybe due to underlying nasal problems like allergies, sinusitis etc.

Visit an ENT Specialist and get a detailed evaluation of the condition of the nose and sinuses. You would also need Audiometry to assess the condition of the ears.
