I am having left ear pain from last two days... While rubbing ear some noise is coming. After that pain is relived. Is there any medication for that?

Firstly don't use any oil or ear drops without showing a specialist U can maximum take Tab Paracetamolv 500 mg if you are not allergic to itandvare above 60 kg
