I have done Eco ECG TMT..every report was normal.but last two days feeling left chest pain.. specially when sleeping..and pain when breathing.. sometimes normal but sometimes happens.

Its a muscle pain. When your ECG ECHO TMT are normal practically heart related pain is ruled out.
