Left Chest heaviness n pain

I have chest pain since 1 months, sometimes i feel better but again pain start while at rest also. I have done some test like ECG chest xRay TMT and 2 D echo all reports normal n i have done Upper GI endoscopy too for gastrics but itz normal report ...my pain is not going wat should i do ...Doctors prescribed medicine like pan D, zerodol MR ...How could i diagonise the actual pbm...Any suggestion

Since all test normal first reassure that you are safe Regarding pain it will take some time as mucular pain may take weeks Diagnosis is muscular pain and nothing to worry

Does your pain get relieved after lying down ? Do you have arm pain with it ? Or neck pain and tingling sensation ? Your pain seems non cardiac. Either due to cervical disc or costochondritis.
