Left arm pain since last two days at night and after a gap of one day again it started paining at upper shoulder and arm area. Is it a concern?

Firstly no need to worry .. As per your symptoms are concerned ,it seems to be a non cardiac. Take tb.dolo or ultracet for 3days if still pain will be thr then consult me online and will guide u accordingly
