Left arm injury

My 3 year old son had fallen a year and half back but at that time he cried a lot and x-ray was normal and just a tie was put into his arms and got ok in 3 days.today again he got a light pull in his elbow and he cries a lot and not moving his left hand.i am attaching the x-ray kindly pls go through it and give opinion pls.

X-rays look ok but clinical examination is most important. So speak to a paediatric orthopaedic surgeon in a good hospital
