Left arm and shoulder pain

My mother is having left arm and shoulder pain from the past 2 years .. Doctors gave medications ecosprin 75mg , lipicure 20mg, monit GTN 2.6. She is using it for the past 2yrs.. Doctors at that has suggested for the tests HTN CAD for diagnosis.. So please suggest what are the tests to be done and approximate cost for the tests... thank you
