My 6 week pregnant wife feels mild to moderate pain in left abdomen side. What is the reason? Any medicine?

Plz go for urgent usg if not done to confirm site of pregnancy if it ok then can check for constipation and stones .. kindly consult your doctor .. in pregnancy at any time if you are having pain at any site plz consult your doc...
