I am facing issues while urinating. After few minutes one or two drop leaks. Sometime I feel urine is not clear and it is still in tract. Not always but sometimes, it pains at the tip of the urinary tract. Thereafter, frequent urination starts.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen especially for kidney,ureter,bladder and post void residual urine Treatment as per your clinical evaluation and findings.consult a urologist for clinical physical examination as well
