Diagnosed with lazy eye for right eye due to blurred vision even with right power specs. Age is 28. What steps can be taken to avoid the progression or to heal it? No family history.

Pl do eye exercises,yoga and Meditation. It is difficult at this age.it has to be tackled at the early age.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
