Lazy eye both eye

My son Recently diagnosed with myopia on both eyes -5.5 & -4.5 and lazy eyes on both the eyes. Prescribed spectacles and patch therapy. Is there anything to do other than this because I'm worried about lazy eye on both eyes. Pls suggest on this.

Depends on the age of your child. Lazy eye generally improves with regular use of correct spectacle power and eye patching if child is less than 10yrs of age. May work for child in age group 10-16 Regular follows up and proper examination help in improving vision
