Latest test reports for hypothyroidism

I have been taking thyronorm 50 MCG since last 6 months on the basis of previous Thyroid Profile total test reports (t3 0.99, t4 7.68, and tsh 7.22) and suggestions from doctor. Now I got my thyroid levels tested again (reports attached). Please suggest on the basis of my reports, should I continue the thyronorm dosage or should I reduce it to 25mcg?
