Lateral Shift of the Neck

Hello Docs I have a lateral shift of neck from the beginning. Means one side of the neck is longer than the other. Can it be corrected? Because of that i also have little uneven shoulders. Please suggest.

Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Hello, thank you for your question. You may have mild torticollis. Does it cause any problem? If not, then you can do some stretching and neck muscle strengthening exercises as shown in this video https://youtu.be/bDhrnoJQrN8 to try to even the shoulders
