My son is 3year and 24 days old he does not understand much he does not speak. He play game on tab or mobile we started sending him school for play group. He babble some time kindly suggest what can we do we are really very worried please suggest

Hi, as your child is 3 yr old you should get him examined by pediatrician first and then if required you can see neurologist to check for any delay in milestones.
