My periods are irregular. generally its 4 or 5 days late but last month it was about 18-20 days late.

Occasionally one cycle delayed in a year is normal. No worry...wait and watch. It will appear on its own.
Next Steps
Have regular exercise or walk for atleast half hour. Have healthy food.
