My period used to be pretty irregular, but for the past 16 cycles it has been very predictable. My tracking app predicted it would come last Saturday, I got cramps last Friday, but it still hasn’t come. I am experiencing breakouts, tender breasts, and cramps but no period. I had sex last Saturday, but I used a condom and 3 CVS pregnancy tests came out negative. My period is rarely a day late- forget about a week!
