Late period and long ovulation spotting

I have periods with medium flow and my last period date- 04/09/18. My average period cycle is 30 days. The duration of my cycle is not fixed but I have periods every month. My usual ovulation bleeding lasts for a maximum of two days but this time it lasted for about 6 days. Now, according to my average day calculation, my periods are late. They have not come yet. I am not having any other accompanied problem like pelvic pain or pain while urination. Is there something to worry about? What could be the the reason? P.S.- I am not sexually active.

Get done ultrasonography to know the condition of ovaries and to rule out the pcod.Also get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.With all reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine.
