Late Cycle for 49 days

Off recently after my marriage I'm having late period cycles. In the past before marriage the cycles would be late by a day or two, but this has changed drastically after marriage. The current cycle is 18 days late. Also, today during cleaning I could locate a small membrane or tissue kind thing with the discharge. Please advise.

18 days late means chances of getting pregnancy .Do urine test at home and contact to gynaecologist .If positive continue the pregnancy .
