I had a bad sinus infection and was prescribed Mucinex and antibiotics which I finished all of about a week ago and I am still coughing up a lot of mucus and am very congested and blowing my nose all the time. Should I go back to the doctor for stronger medicine?

As per your description you might have allergic rhinitis.. with post nasal drip.. need to take medicines.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
