Last month cold and ear block
Last month i had a cold and my right ear blocked, since i had a hearing problem.. i used chlorampenicol drops for 2 days. i used a cotton swab while it was irritating.. then i thought wax may be a problem.. so i used H2O2 for 3-4 days.. now from 2 days pain in ear started, with less clear discharge.
You seem seem to have had eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It is a self resolving condition and not much of treatment was required. Since you have tried cleaning your ear now you may have developed acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ear drops for few days
