Lasik starburst and glare

I had lasik two years ago. I am still getting Starburst and glare at night from vehicle lights. Even if morning headlights are causing trouble for me. Is there anything that can be done? I took medicine for diluting the pupil that didn't help.

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl consult your ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
