Lasik eye surgery
I had a power of -4.00 in both eyes and underwent LASIK surgery recently. After three months, one eye is 6/6 and the other is 6/9. Along with this, there is some white discharge after surgery it was continuous."

Refractive surgery is mostly machine based, calculation and surgery setting is all done by machine itself, even with precise surgery there is chances of 0.50 +/- error, and after healing also there can be some change in Refractive error post operatively. Continue using normal tear , if white discharge is persistent please consult online for further management.
