Along with this, there is some white discharge after surgery it was continuous." 6/9 vision due to dryness, or is the refractive error returning However, I am using milflox and normo tears lubricant

Refractive surgery is mostly machine based, calculation and surgery setting is all done by machine itself, even with precise surgery there is chances of 0.50 +/- error, and after healing also there can be some change in Refractive error post operatively. Continue using normal tear , if white discharge is persistent please consult online for further management.
